Spring 2020 Renovations
Staging set up so that we could replace the bathroom window in 42B.
The windows on the top floor (42B) were all broken and not really even going up and down. This was the first set of windows we replaced.

Replaced bathroom window in 42D. Back in April it simply fell out of its home it was so rotted :).
A look at what the old windows in 42B looked like at the start of renovations.
We are using premium Andersen 200 series windows throughout the units where possible.
Replaced the window for the bathroom in 42A. again, this was another window that was not even functioning.
We replaced the windows in the front bedroom of 42B as well as insulated all the walls.

My buddy Scotty replacing rotted out soffit box on the back of 42C/D. This is a temp fix for now.
