Cancellation Policy

Before you book a trip with us, please be very sure that you can make it. I'm a small operation and keep capacity at 100% to make this worthwhile. I understand that life happens so I have implemented the following policy:

If you need to cancel, please contact Joey@beachrosehotel.com ASAP. A full refund will be issued (minus any card fees) for all cancellations made prior to January 1 of the year of your booking.

From January 1st up until 7 days prior to your booking 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your trip will result in zero refund being issued.
