Welcome

This is what we have been up to in Fall of 2020. Our first mission was to really get 42C & 42D fixed up. i was fully expecting some serious rehab work to the outside based upon what I had seen over the last couple years and unfortunately I was correct. 

There was quite a bit of rot around all the windows and doors from improper installation as well as improper building of the original deck which was attached directly to the building itself and that provided excellent water drainage directly into the door jambs and sills!
