About Us

The Beach Rose Hotel is owned by Joey Salisbury. I bought the property from Guy & Cindy Blais in May of 2019.

The Blais' owned the Hotel from 2007-2019 and provided an amazing experience through their ownership of 13 years. 

My goal is to continue that experience for the future generations that come to stay at the Beach Rose.

We provide an incredible value with clean, comfortable accommodations in the heart of the Old Orchard Beach Motel District.

We offer amazing value and an awesome place to stay in the heart of OOB. Most of our guests have been coming here for 5-10 years or more and are repeat customers because of our commitment to an enjoyable stay.

We are just a very small hotel but offer units that range from studio apartment style rooms to 3 bedroom apartment accommodations.

All of our units feature a fully stocked kitchen and off street parking which ensures that your family or group will always have a hassle free week while exploring beautiful Old Orchard Beach.

We are open roughly from Memorial Day - Labor Day. We rent weekly from Saturday - Saturday all summer long. Please inquire about availability to joey@beachrosehotel.com and please see our weekly rates for 2023.
